Here you will find information you need to be aware of before you bring your pets to board with All Animals. The health and welfare of our guests is extremely important to us.

Dogs

For the wellbeing of your dog, it is critical he/she is vaccinated against Parvovirus, Distemper, Infectious Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Kennel cough and is free from worms, fleas and ticks.

It is imperative that, if your dog is to be vaccinated for the first time, or after the vaccinated time has lapsed, the vaccinations are administered at least 4 weeks prior to their stay with us.

Only dogs with up-to-date vaccinations (accompanied by the vet-signed vaccination card) can be permitted. Please bring the vaccination card with you when you drop off your dog or at the initial consultation, we will need retain this for the duration of your dogs stay.

Confirmation of recent broad spectrum de-worming, flea and tick control will also be required.

Food and Bedding

Please bring your own food, bowls and bedding. We can provide a constant supply of water.

Difficult Details

Illness- If any dog shows signs of disease, illness or injury, we reserve the right not to accept.

Should your dog show signs of illness during their stay with us we will, where possible, contact your specified vet, or our local vet.

Please complete ‘Veterinary Authorisation’ form.

Non-Collection

If your pet is not collected within 10 days of the agreed collection date and you have not contacted us to inform us differently, and we are unable to get in touch with you via the information you provided, we reserve the right to have your pet re-homed and legal action will be taken to reimburse boarding fees and any re-homing costs.

Rabbits

For the wellbeing of your rabbit and our other rabbit guests, it is critical he/she is vaccinated against Myxomatosis (6-monthly) and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease VHD(yearly).

It is imperative that, if your rabbit is to be vaccinated for the first time, or after the vaccinated time has lapsed, the vaccinations are administered at least 2 weeks prior to their stay with us. The Myxomatosis and VHD inoculations cannot be given at the same time and must be 2 weeks apart. Bear this in mind when booking in your rabbit. Only rabbits with up-to-date vaccinations (accompanied by the vet-signed vaccination card) can be permitted. Please bring the vaccination card with you when you drop off your rabbit or at the initial consultation.

Guinea Pigs

There are currently no vaccination requirements for piggies,

Other Small Animals

There are currently no vaccination requirements for hamsters, gerbils, mice or rats.

Food

Please bring your own food. We can provide a constant supply of water.

Difficult Details

Illness- If any pet shows signs of disease, illness or injury, we reserve the right not to accept.

Your pet will not mix with the other boarders (to minimise the risk of any infection) except for its own family and will be checked over daily. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any illnesses such as Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD), fly strike, mites or any other common disease.

Should your pet show signs of illness during their stay with us we will, where possible, contact your specified vet, or our local vet for advice at cost to you. If bonded pets need to be separated in the interest of their health and safety, you will be charged for the additional accommodation, payable on collection of your pets.
